Wine & Roses® Weigela is one of the most sought-after flowering shrubs for Wisconsin landscapes, combining rich burgundy-purple foliage with brilliant rosy-pink blooms. Throughout late spring and into summer, trumpet-shaped flowers cover the shrub, creating a striking contrast against the dark foliage.
