Strawberry Sundae® Hydrangea is a compact panicle hydrangea known for its spectacular color transformation throughout the growing season. Large cone-shaped blooms emerge creamy white before gradually developing soft pink tones and eventually rich strawberry-red hues in late summer and fall. Its compact size, sturdy stems, and abundant blooms make it an excellent choice for foundation plantings, landscape borders, and decorative garden beds throughout Wisconsin.
Height (4–5 ft.) Reaches a mature height of approximately 4 to 5 feet with a spread of 3 to 4 feet. Thrives in full sun to partial shade and adapts to a wide variety of soil conditions. Produces large blooms that transition from white to pink and strawberry-red throughout the season. Excellent for foundation plantings, accent gardens, borders, and cut flower arrangements.
