Meadowlark Forsythia is one of the earliest signs of spring in Wisconsin landscapes, producing masses of bright golden-yellow flowers before its foliage emerges. This vigorous, fast-growing shrub creates a stunning seasonal display and works beautifully as a hedge, screen, border planting, or specimen shrub. Developed specifically for northern climates, Meadowlark Forsythia offers exceptional cold hardiness and reliable spring color throughout Northeast Wisconsin.
Height (8–10 ft.) Reaches a mature height and spread of approximately 8 to 10 feet. Thrives in full sun and well-drained soil conditions. Produces brilliant yellow flowers in early spring before leaf emergence. Extremely cold hardy and excellent for hedges, screening, foundation plantings, and seasonal landscape color.
